all in the little things

Who knew??

Cilantro is called Coriander here.
And to go 3 months without knowing. I can't even begin to tell you how happy I am to have discovered this.
And they forgot to add the most important thing on the bag: "Absolutely perfect in Mexican dishes!"

Except that would infer that the British have any kind of knowledge about Mexican food! Ha! I am the first to praise food in London, but when it comes to Mexican food, oy, it's just sad, so sad! They don't get it! You'd have laughed when I was at Whole Foods on High Street Ken (one of the few London establishments carrying Mexican foods) helping some English folks pronounce words like "tortilla" explaining what a tostada was. Have you been to Wahaca yet? A nice twist of Mexican street food. Happy 4th!
