One of the perks of having Tim travel so much is the chance it gives us, mainly me, the opportunity to tag along. Tim had a local business trip that took him to LA for a couple days right at Natalie's birthday so we just decided to make the best of it. We all came!

No trip to LA goes without a trip to the American Girl Doll Store. Duh. Even Darren knows that.

It all started when our girls were little on someone's birthday they would say that you get to make up the rules for the day because it was your birthday. And it has unofficially become an unwritten rule in our family since. So here is Natalie's rules for the day: jump on the hotel beds and have a pillow fight!
